This series consists of general and specific regulations formulated for the administration of the Coastal Area Act. General regulations contain details on the organization of the Board, the development of the program, the procedures for the adoption of regulations, petitions for regulations, and procedures for permits, appeals, and the initiation of actions. Specific regulations include rules of practice and procedure, formulated to achieve a fair adjudication of the rights of petitioners and parties coming before the Board.
